Hi…I am Audre Gutierrez…owner of an aromatherapy business, Shining Sun Aromatherapy in Santa Fe, NM, and co-owner of an essential oils company, Wisdom of the Earth based outside of Sedona, AZ. So, I share my time between these two incredible places on the Earth. I consider myself a messenger for the plants & trees…they are the sources of great wisdom and powerful healing. My life’s goal is to continue to deepen my connection with the Earth and to work with others to develop healthier living choices via the plants and trees…through consultation, classes and, of course, use of the plant & tree essences for health and well-being. Medicinal aromatherapy is my passion, and I honestly cannot imagine life without my wonderful essential oils…they heal me, they cheer me, they comfort me…they support who I really am in a world that does not honor that.
I created this blog to encourage a lively dialogue about the essences and, really, all aspects of life, because it is all inter-related. I can’t wait to try another special kit. As soon as my Manifestation kit arrived, I knew it would shift things. I haven’t tried a grouping of essences such as this and select 5 from the kit for use twice daily. I pick randomly and just feel that they all work so well together. Things manifested in a good way as I got an article published and a really cheap car rental for when I will be travelling. Maybe it is just a coincidence, but I feel that the combination is terrific for manifestation as well as improving my health issues. It would be so wonderful to have the world be ready to love and accept the healing powers of the essential essences and for people to react to them with love and joy. blessings

I read your daily essential oil commentary & am thrilled to tell you my experiences with Ajowan. I used it when I was in Nambe & realized that I not , I also felt like I could breathe so much deeper even though we were at 8,000 ft. I have had insomnia for many years & Western Medicine is trying to tell me I have COPD, which I will not accept. This is now one of the major EOs I will use on a daily basis. Tx again Anne

I live in Australia and loved reading this site, can i order to Australia? I am trying to reduce my sugar consumption to lose weight but seem to be addicted to it as i go through craving and withdrawal symptons. are there oils that you think might help me? I get great results from aromatheraphy and would love to know more about it.

Hi, Vicki…thanks for posting!! Yes, I ship internationally, so orders from Australia are just fine!! Typically I post one charge for the product order, and one for the postage & handling, once I know what the actual postage is.
Several essences that could help with your weight loss program would be grapefruit and/or spearmint on the soles of your feet, on your stomach, and even in your water (a squirt water bottle is the best). Also, Black Cumin, taken internally by mouth, is great to help satisfy cravings. It is nutritionally robust, and really has a high satiety value. Black Cumin is also wonderful as a general tonic (I take about 40 drops a day), and greatly supports the immune system!

I have been browsing through your website and I found it inspirational and with a great insight into the way trees and plants can help us, the real magic of these living beings. I would love to distill some essences myself, but since this is not possible at the moment, I would like to try some of your EOs. What would you recommend for somebody like me? I am a Spaniard who lives in England and I am not happy with my circumstances, so I suffer depression and I feeling of choking which is stopping me from eating properly. I also lost my mum recently.
