In the last issue of "Love Notes", I offered a suggested list of essential oils that I considered to be "must haves" -- essences that would address a broad range of issues and needs, and would serve you well, no matter what might come your way!

Building your own personal aromatherapy aresenal, one or two bottles at a time Recently, several of my students have asked me to help them put together a "foundational set" of essential oils for them to have for client use, as well as their own use. One asked me to tell her the oils "you can't live without", while another outlined some of the more common situations experienced by her clients, and requested an array of essential oils that would be beneficial for those purposes (both physical and emotional/spiritual).

The Blame Game...OR...How Strong is YOUR Belief in the Plants & Trees?? I came to this topic via a conversation I had with a student a month or so ago, and then, with discussions from the two Level 1 classes I recently taught still processing in my mind and heart, I realized THIS is what I wanted to do this newsletter about. Don't Panic... Be Prudent!!
The headlines and news programs seem devoted to creating fear...about the Swine Flu, the Wars in Iraq and Afganistan, the Economy, the Automobile Industry... I could go on, but I am sure you get the picture. While I wouldn't encourage anyone to stick their head in the sand or be oblivious to what is going on around you...I would encourage you to really look at what is going on around YOU.
