Sacred aromatherapy meditations in New Mexico

Informal overview of medicinal aromatherapy and a chance to experience Wisdom of the Earth Essences in a sacred group meditation setting. Several essences are chosen which are particularly suited to the topic of the meditation (e.g., Heart Opening; Chakra Balancing, Peace Within, etc.) Each participant applies the essences, and I facilitate a guided meditation, followed by silent meditative time.

There is time afterward to share experiences, if people choose, and to ask questions and experience other essences in the Wisdom of the Earth line. Join us and learn to access the wisdom of the plants and trees. An RSVP is required; it is best to call and confirm your interest at least 2 days in advance, as I ask for a minimum of 5 people to hold the meditation. It is ok to call the day of… Please understand that I might not be able to accommodate you, as space is limited!

Audre, I had to write and tell you about the positive effects of the recent Essence Meditation. For 2 weeks, I have had a strained and painful sacroiliac joint on both sides. While stretching the morning after, I realized that I hadn't felt any discomfort at all following the Meditation. Since then (9 days), some has returned on the right side but none on the left. Just another validation that wonderful things happen when the oils, heart and intention work together.

I had an amazing experience after last night's meditation (heart opening meditation). I am a musician...after the meditation, several of us went to a club to listen to music. The band who was playing recognized me, and asked me to come up and play with them. After some coaxing, I went up and played a couple of songs. I felt like my playing was sloppy...too loose. I wasn't happy with it. When I got back to my table, everyone was just staring at me...they said, "We have never heard you play like that! It was incredible!" My sister-in-law said..."You were playing from your heart, not your head." I didn't know what to think! But as we left a while later, the owner stopped me and said, "That is the best I ever heard you play." All I can say is "thank you" for the essences and this experience...I will never play without them again!
